Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address a massive gathering of Indian community members in Abu Dhabi in the UAE on February 13.
The event, 'Ahlan Modi', is slated to be held just a day before the Prime Minister is set to inaugurate the BAPS Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi. Over 50,000 people are expected to attend the event.
PM Modi has accepted an invitation to inaugurate the BAPS Hindu temple, the largest such temple in the UAE, according to a statement from the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha.

@@vikasbhat8336 yes why not. fulfill basic human needs first that is food cloth and money, once you have rich community use it for religious or non profitable purpose. Swaminarayan gave promise to his devotee to keep them happy by giving them aana,dhan,vasta too and empty stomach people don't do bhakti of anyone. Also Swaminarayan Mandir are not only building temples they have built hospital Gurukul and hostels as well, They serve more than just place of worship.

@@mlg1279not baps' founder. Swaminarayan Bhagwan is the Ishtadevata of Uddhav Sampraday which is totally different from Baps. Baps is a seperated sanstha and has no links with original Sampraday. The original Sampraday is governed by Acharyas of two peeths. 1) Lakshminarayan dev peeth Vadtal 2) NarNarayan dev peeth Amdabad.

If the temple is being built using government money then it is not allowed for a muslim country to build non-muslims worship places, yes we are not allowed in Islam to destroy non-muslims worship places but we are not allowed to build them temples and other worship places, it is not permisable in Islam. If they are building it with their own money then it is fine.
