Yes the Co that was awarded the contract for maintenance of this infrastructure is also responsible for the collapse. An inquiry has to be set up asap to get at the root cause of this mishap. All the projects that had been started but kept in abeyance by the previous Govts citing lack of Funds to be listed. And, last but not least, it is necessary to disclose the increase in the wealth of each and every politician alongwith their family members & helpers in their employments to arrive at a clear picture about the illegal shifting of Funds from the treasury for development of country to the personal coffers of the Politicians walking inside the corridors of Power before the BJP Govt was elected to power. This information if investigated and tabled will open the Pandora Box and reveal the truth about our Politicians booming businesses while progress & development of Bharat is of little or no consequence.
