Yes, only vaccinated people permitted, at presentally rule is to stay maximum 30 days on touristvisa

But now normal people can apply for visa na and we will go only after 25th November. But we will get the visa, nor can we get it now brother. Even if we go on a normal flight, whether we can get a visa now or not from October 15.

From 15th November, you will get visa for normal flight, talking about applying the visa now for your schedule trip. Yes it's possible by end of this week. Government officials is working on website as tourist visa form was in suspended mode, they are working on it, please check in couple of days on indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
