shut up man! Before 1947, the territory of Pakistan was part of India and the histories you say are the history of India, not of Pakistan. Why are you giving people wrong & false information? Before 1947, Pakistan had no history and no state called Pakistan. On the other hand, the state of India is at least ten thousand years old and the state of Afghanistan is five thousand years old. India has a rich history of ten thousand years and Afghanistan has a rich history of five thousand years. But Pakistan has a bitter history of only 74 years since 1947. The territory of present-day Pakistan, including the territory of present-day India, was called India. So the histories mentioned in this video should have been called the history of India and not the history of Pakistan. Thanks.

It was very fascinating to see all this. I had no idea that there was ever Greek influence on Pakistan. Definitely an ancient and curious region overshadowed and homoginated with India. When I spoke to a lot of history majors, I realized that they seem to forget how Pakistan, even though not a country before the mid 1900's, was a region that still had it's own culture and history. Many people say that Pakistan did not exist before 1947 but neither did India. What a lot of people fail to realise is the word India before 1947 referred to the whole subcontinent. India inherited the name and is thought of as an ancient civilisation when Pakistan has just as much history if not even more.

You do realise that before Islam, Hinduism wasn’t the only religion in the world and due to the Persian influence over most of Pakistan, a lot of the people would also have followed Zoroastrianism. Also most modern day Pakistanis have a mix of irani, afghani, turkic dna with some also coming from the Muslim conquerors and Greek empires. People only say Pakistanis are similar to Indians because of North Indians, who only look like us sometimes because what I said above also applies for north India, as they were usually conquered by the same forces. Look at the average Pakistani and look at the average South Indian and then you will see the difference.

Interesting.. but local dynasties of this region are completely ignored in this video particularly Dynasties of Sindh (Ror Dynasty, Rai Dynasty, Birhaman Dynasty, Sumra Dynasty, Samma Dynasty, Kalhora Dynasty and Talpur Dynasty)... Before British occupation of this part of subcontinent there were independent states in this region like state of Sikhs in Punjab, Kalat state in Balochistan and Sindh under rule of Talpurs!
