No go back. They are coming back strong. Triumph 400 july 5th. I have small issues with Big wing HONDA as well. Cant help all manufacturers service attitude is same in INDIA, untill its a mass problem in there bikes, they dont respond well.

Very unforutnate you guys have a bad experience from the Mumbai SVC. Blaming the Britishers for the service center run by Indians, I didnt get it , unless the top brass in India triumph hasnt responded to your complaints ( your video doesnt have subtitles and i am not really good at Hindi). I never had any issue with my 800 for the past 5 years and we have a great service team at Kochi. Some SVC are really bad ....heard a lot about the Bangalore one also, in fact some of the Bangalore bikes come to Kochi for service. That being said, unfortunately Superbike service centers other than the company run are either not there or too far for us to get it done. Really hope someone starts a Superbike service center all over India

Yes, we had raised it to main india triumph as well and they were also of no use! No one bothered to resolve the issue!

I am riding KTM duke 200 from 2015 and clocked around 60k km. Both sales and service are so great i never went outside service center for anykind of servicing.

The 650 sport is not meant for extreme adventure you can’t compare the build for adventure rides. Tiger 800 & 900 are meant for the terrains and they don’t have any issues. In fact the tiger 800s have been the most sturdy bikes compared to GS or AFT

The bike we own is Tiger 850 sport and not 650, infact triumph don’t have 650 sport, triumph makes 660 sport which is road biased tourer!

Had a 2018 daytona 675r phantom black in mumbai, my ktm rc390's service was better than triumphs . even I used be at shaman service centre every 5th day . a loose connection to the alarm system i had bought from triumph got me stuck for 8 hours at mankhurd ,after crossing a speed breaker the bike shut off and a truck was about to hit me from behind worst service and after sales service . Scamster . before buying a bike please research . sold daytona out of their trap. The shaman triumph service centre is smaller than bajaj service centre and bikes at service centre are there like a graveyard .

do mumbai have 2 triumph service center ? because i have never seen nikhil and msk complaining about the triumph service center nor the bike even nikhil couple of friends did arab countries for almost a month and never complained about it but it doesn’t mean that there is not a problem

650 sport is road touring, Nikhil & MSK have tigers that are meant to be beaten. Also I don’t believe one side of the story according to Nikhil & MSK tiger is unaffected where the GS and AFT did not do well.

I think you ppl could have considered reliable japanese bikes, specially yamaha. Tenere 700 is one of their top notch adventure bike. Next time think about it.

Only because of such kind of services in Mumbai I visit Nashik Wasan bajaj service centre for my Dominar 400 service. Worst experience with Bajaj in Mumbai
