Jake Sullivan when he says Make in India complements Made in USA means this. USA imports billions of dollars worth of precision engineering products that go into Missiles, Space vehicles from India. Infact USA is India's largest market for Engineering products. USA's plan is simple, collaborate with India instead of competing with India.
