Well Mr. Bisaria it seems has scant knowledge and respect about the ranks of the armed forces ,he reffered to General Bipin Rawat as "Bipin Rawat " with out mentioning his rank also same was in the case of wing commander Abhinandan's case, he didn't have the courtesy to mention his rank. This is the kind of mindset the Indian beauracracy has towards its armed forces.

I have an answer for that. Our defence experts advised that security persons can’t just avoid/ refrain from road transportation for security threats and give a free way to the terrorists. CRPF/Army must have their boots on the ground in terms of dominance. Doing the opposite could have boosted terrorist's morale. They belonged to the Army and not Political leaders or civilians. They have some guidelines to follow. We can’t pull out the Army as a threat is there.
