There were 3 STEPs suggested by UNSC Resolution to resolve Kashmir issue: 📍FIRST & FOREMOST step was to withdraw all Pakistani nationals that entered Jammu & Kashmir for the sake of fighting. ■ Since, Pakistan had failed to show up the UNSC Resolution fully implied for last 78 years, Pakistan losses it claim over Jammu & Kashmir and India UNILATERALLY can hold the whole area of Jammu & Kashmir as an Indian Territory at any time.
