It lists for $2,799USD and labor can be from $1,100-1,500 from what I have found when researching (mine was$1,340). For 2020 looks like the 116 kit to upgrade a 111 now lists for $2,999USD. If you wanted to do the 585 cams first just to see if you would be happy, would they be compatible to stay in for the 116 kit ?
@MeatballRebel4 жыл бұрын
You could do the 585 cams first and then the 116 kit with the 585 cams with a proper tune or just use the kits cam.
@Anahj7874 жыл бұрын
Meatball Rebel Yes I heard that it really pairs nice with the 116 kit to have the 585 cams. I noticed that Lloyds has a 121 bore kit they offer and they use your stock 111 heads. But of course they want you to upgrade some other parts, but it sounds like something to check on . There’s no reviews or videos on this kit that anybody’s have done so far. So if you hear anything on the 121 kit , please shed some light. Thank you, and ride safe.

Meatball thanks for the video! I am a little late on the bandwagon here lol. Debating on the Stage 2 or 116 on my 14 Chieftain with 67k on it. Only thing that worries me is the throttle sensitivity at low speeds. Is it touchy or manageable? Basically is it worth spending an extra 2k on the 116 over the Stage 2?
@MeatballRebel4 жыл бұрын
The 116 was a big boost in power compared to stage 1. The throttle has been fine for me. I would look at the 116 BBK as basically a rebuild with more power. I am happy with mine 👍😎

Personally, I don't see that much benefit to these kit upgrades, all they do is keep your bike on a lift and off the road whether a Harley or an Indian. If you want a bigger motor buy it like that and upgrade your lights, handlebars, and luggage carry capacity. If I want more power I just twist the throttle.
