1:40:54 "For the past year, I've been paying close attention to Bhuvan's knowledge and realizations, particularly his emphasis on the mind-muscle connection. I'm a huge follower of Bhuvan Chauhan and greatly value his advice, knowing that he's highly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. His commitment is truly inspiring. The mind-muscle connection he talks about, where every single rep counts, resonates deeply with me. As a beginner, I feel privileged to receive such crucial advice at a young age, which will undoubtedly enhance my own journey. I hope every young person and upcoming athlete in India follows Bhuvan Chauhan and his teachings closely. It's a great thing that Bhuvan has initiated a podcast with Sandhu, most people are only interested in watching low-level online bickering and aren't keen on learning or gaining new knowledge. By sitting down together and discussing their opinions, they're showing that people should ignore the taunts and focus on the conversation. Frankly speaking, there are few people on the internet who are genuinely interested in learning and growing from such content. I hope they continue to create more podcasts like this and avoid drama .

EVERYONE PLEASE NOTE: @ 1:36:35 to 1:38:00 (EXACTLY AT 1:37:00 to be PRECISE - My maths was off) - I MISQUOTED - I said 24 to 30Mgs Per Kilo/ Per Week - that would be around 2000Mgs to 2400Mgs TOTAL DRUG LOAD FOR AN 80 KILO PERSON PER WEEK & that would be the ABSOLUTE UPPER END OF THE DRUG LOAD. For most people somewhere between 6Mgs to 12Mgs Per Kilo Per Week Drug Load is PLENTY. And 24Mgs to 30Mgs, most definitely is NOT a sweet spot - it's in fact MORE THAN DOUBLE OF MOST AVERAGE USERS SHOULD EVER USE. Guradesh actually did 1:36:37 highlight that my math off. So, my apologies for any confusion. Thank you all

People are saying ki Harry pajji promoting his coaching or he's saying ki olympia qualification is easy bhai context pakdna seekho he is talking about the stages firstly pro bnna was the goal uske baad olympia was the goal now jab 3 4 India jaa chuke hai so now top 10 is the goal dude qualifying is still prestigious but in the next 4 to 5 years there will be more Indians on that stage maybe 5 6 or 7 8 so he's talking about the next stage which is top 10 grow up kids

@27:20 Bhuvan himself now agrees that he only plays in such a pro show where he thinks it’s easy to win. He would never participate in a pro show where the competition is tough and there is no chance of winning. But Rahul and his coach believes that in order to be best in the world, one should compete with the best. Kya hojayega, haar jayenge. But one will gain the required experience and come to know how he looks against the best in the world. Bhuvan in his entire career has not been even compared to top 10 Olympians yet. Bhuvan is good but doesn’t want to loose. This mentality will not take him far away. Bhai we say that go and face the beast and look into his eyes and eventually someday you will win. What if our cricket team plays only those tournaments where they are sure that they will win and back out from those where they think competition is very strong.. This is the mentality of a loser and not a winner.
@BharatMuscle5 ай бұрын
Such an ignorant hatred filled comment lol but I’ll entertain you with some facts Mr Hide Behind Keyboard No Profile Picture: I’ve always (minus India pro show) competed against the best at the Olympia. Please check your facts before commenting gibberish and actually check the list of competitors I’ve competed with starting from 2019-2023. Some of the guys I’ve beaten by a huge margin: Joemonji (top 10 Olympia 4x), Arya (Mr O masters and top 10 2022), Suraqah (top 12 Mr O), Cory Morris (top 4 Mr O), Daniel Ammons (top 10 Mr O), Steven Cao (top 3 Arnold), Jason (beat Jeremy Potvin top 4 in world) and list goes on and on. Just because I didn’t do east coast shows doesn’t mean I didn’t do big, money was an issue and travelling to west coast was cheaper, just like how your other athletes don’t travel to USA for lack of money. And let’s not forget me beating Ali. Olympia is a matter of time, I’ll hit my peak and I’ll be in there. Don’t forget about the wins I’ve had and guys I’ve beaten to be where I am, two bad Olympias do not dictate my career my man. Grow a pair and learn to put in the work first.

That’s why I don’t like your personality coz you are filled with the same religious hate as others in the country. Wanted to get that out. You saying my favourite is Ali Bilal tells me you have hidden hatred against Muslims. I know you said that because my name is a Muslim name. But son let me tell you that my all time favourite MP athelete is Brandon. Atheletes like Ali need 10 more years to get to level like Brandon , Erin etc. See your comment tells your mental state. I feel sorry for you as even after staying in west for these many years you come from the same socio economic background with prejudices about Muslims which are inherent. Just do some introspection and you will find that you are no different then any other chapri in the country. I could tell you more about myself but it doesn’t make any difference. The only thing I would say is spend some time on LinkedIn before you make any assumptions about a person. Whatever you spend on bodybuilding in a year, I pay that much amount as tax to our government every year. I am 42 year old professional and travelled the world. You don’t even have that many hair compared to how many Visas are on passport. Just by one comment of mine your true hate against a community came out. I knew you had this inside and you have expressed that hate in some of your treadmill sessions😂😂

Why Amit is so blackpilled about indian genetics lol? He always says as an indian all we have is conditioning lol. No bro thats all you got not others. Give guys some slack there will be enough complete atheltes coming up. Competitive BB in india is nowhere as in US, that need to grow here. Enough talent here. If he is so blackpilled about height then i don't know if he notices the new gen is tall and have got good structures too. They need time.
