Lord, is it black to black, or black to white? Your video instructions on the wire connections is confusing! Please clarify. From what I gather, it's black to black, and white to red on BOTH lights. Is that correct? Also, I didn't get a drill template in my shipment!

Black to black, and white to red. And just in case, you cannot damage anything if they are connected backward. An advantage of LEDs. Can you shoot an email to [e-mail] and we will email the template. Apologies for the omission.

Sooooo now my Factory puddle light doesn't work?

This kit replaces the factory light. Being under the bike, all it illuminates is the ground right under the bike. This kit illuminates what actually needs to be lit up.
