I had my buddy take my ECU to Sturgis and Lloyd’z garage flashed it for me. I have not been able to ride the bike yet. I was in bad accident 5/21/21. I got hit head on while riding my Victory Cross Country. I am happy to be alive. I had my buddy test ride it. He came back and said “I can’t believe a flash did that to this bike!!”. Oh and grinning ear tot ear. He traded off his Harley for a 2022 Challenger Dark horse. He is getting the tune as soon as he gets bike. As for me, hopefully I can get one ride before the snow. Actually I did a roll on with a tuned bike vs my stock bike and he leaves me! I'm getting the new exhaust on hoping this weekend 🙏.. I have a Prototype Toce coming but I'll put all the info out for the public!!

My friend has a 2021 Challenger with Tab Performance 2.25 baffles, stage one air filter, Stage one air filter assembly, the three-hole, rubber boot removed Lloyds ECU flash and his 108 engine pulls a lot harder to 4,500 vs the stage one ECU tune. But, the stage one ECU tune has better low-end torque under 3,500 RPM vs the Lloyds ECU tune. Does the Lloyds ECU tune learn as you ride and adjust the ECU tune over time?

As a perspective buyer, are you saying the Lloyd's tune is better than the stage 2 kit? Coming from an older Harley TC88, not really sold on the new M8 in the Road Glide.

I sold my chieftain dark horse 2019 and I am thinking about Challenger. Not a fan of the fixed fairing but I want your thought about the bike overall. Do you still like it? If you have the change to rebuy another bike instead of the challenger, which one do you ?

I have 27,000 miles and I had a couple issues and a couple things I don't love.. overall it's the best bike being made as a package.. and at least best bang for the buck 100% not even close.. ps I also didnt fall in love with the look but the bike then sells itself as the best one!! Haha

First of all I like to say good job.. I just bought the Challenger going to add on the power plus stage 1 air intake and stage 2 perormanace cams along with ECU Flash. Exhaust will be the Zombie Tabs. Your thoughts?

The plan you have laid out is a good one BUT I would NOT get cams.. they are very costly and don't do much for power.. That being said tho I know Lloyd'z Garage has cams in development not sure when they drop but I would bet his would be a better buy!!! Keep me updated on what you're up too and how it all is going!! My bike has has stage one (air and exhaust) with the Lloyd'z Garage ECU calibration (flash).... that is it.. my buddy has indian cams (stage 2).. yeah the roads are alittle nasty still.. 😜

I'm ordering the 585 cam this week, swapping my Indian stage 1's out for tab slip ons (they sounded so much better then the stage 1's), going with the Lloydz air filter that goes under the stock cover and having it programmed with Lloydz tune. 19 Springfield. Any suggestions? Still do everything the way you did it?

i thought Lloyd;s said the cams were a problem as you have to crack the whole case open for install. great video though !! looks like all you need is the ecu flash and cat deletes... thats next for me bro...

I’ve had Harley builds that would blow this Challenger off the road, but I’m older now and not concerned with racing anyone. But, I do still like to crank down on it especially when I need to! Thanks man, and thanks for the videos. Btw, I’m from Louisiana, live here now, but did live in Minnesota for a year. Went there 20 years ago to get my act together. It worked. Been clean and sober ever since! Met some great folks up there!

Do not fall for there deceptive pricing rip off. I took my bike to Indian of Panama City Beach this weekend for the flash. Flash is listed on the website at $599. Called Lloydz to make appointment was given the number for Jeff doing the tunes at the rally. Made the appointment took bike in 30 minutes later bike was rolled out. My card was charged $804.00. Was told the extra $200 was for labor of removing seat and hooking to ECU. Very deceptive ripoff. Don’t fall for the price listed on the site.

Video is painful to watch, narration is terrible. They had a great opportunity to go from a dig, and didn't . The roll ons they didn't know what gear they were in. If they took 5 minutes to plan this out we could have seen a real comparison. Waste of 2:53 minutes .
