In my opinion, it is much more aestheticlly pleasing when the angle of the mandible is further back towards the ear lobe, not further forward. You see on the best looking male models and actors when they turn profile that they have a well defined angle of mandible that comes straight down, not on a slope. It appears further back and with the lower jaw bone closer to a 90 degree angle. When it's on more of a slope it looks less masculine. I hope you can understand what I mean.

I'm a fan or Dr. Richardson, but this might be the first out of many videos that I have to disagree with. Are more square gonial angle is masculine. Actually people get implants specifically to INCREASE the ramus height, not decrease it as done here... They also seem to have shaven the corners and reduced the width of the mandible.. What they should have done instead: genioplasty for advancement and vertical lengthening + gonial angle implants to increase the width of the mandible
