Indian Classical Dance and the art of appreciation | Ms. Anuradha Vikranth | TEDxMSRIT

Anuradha Vikranth is one of the foremost Bharatanatyam danseuse of our country. She is known for her creativity, vibrancy and grace. Her boundless thirst for deeper knowledge in the field of dance has strengthened her ingenuity as a fine dancer, an inspiring teacher and a creative choreographer.
She is an ‘A’ graded artist of Doordarshan. Anuradha Vikranth, has many awards to her credit. To name a few, she is the recipient of Nadaprabhu Kempe Gowda State award 2018, "FLO Woman of the Future Award” by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce; Gaurav Puraskar, Natya Visharade, Kala Arati Ratna, ‘Yuva Kalasreshta” award from BCKA; “National Vocational Excellence Award” in Bharatanatyam, Vyasa Samman to name a few.
She has given numerous performances on prestigious occasions at major cultural centres in India, U.S.A, Canada, U.K and U.A.E.
She is currently one of the Master judges for the dance reality show “Takadhimita” aired in COLORS Kannada Channel. This is one of the biggest dance shows on the regional channel.
She is currently, the secretary of World Dance Alliance -Karnataka Chapter.

This was something I always wanted Anuradha Vikrant ma'am to do... The TED talk! Totally loved the way my Guru Smt Anuradha Vikranth connected the classical dance and Mudita. Dance definitely plays a great role in inhancing ones personality. Ma'am so beautiful has explained the mudita , the art of appreciation with an simple examples that can easily be understood by all.
