Because of this videos I was so motivated that I ran 23km for the 1st time in my life. Back in 2018 when I was just started running I had no idea how long 23km was it took 2.22 hrs to complete body weight 68kg height 5.6ft.. after that complition I was so determined and Blessed that I watched this video❤

Yes it's too tough, I was used to run 21K daily but without any load just my shorts and a t-shirt, my feet used to get inflamed everyday . So running 40K with load is something that will push you to grow yourself in a very short period of time.

If you want to run a big distance like 40 kms then to avoid or remove the psychological pressure ,,, divide the total big distance by your known familiar distance which you had often run..example..like if in your school time, you run for 4 rounds of a park regularly then you know its actual length, let it be 4kms for example ,now you divide the big distance by your regularly run distance...so, 40÷4= 10 times the same distance that you are having a perfection with...now, promise to yourself that you will definitely run 40 rounds of the park without stopping and indeed you will get the task completed...
