INDIAN EASEMENT ACT,1882\NECESSARY and QUASI EASEMENT\Section 13,14\By LAWVE IT! (English)

Section 13 of the Indian Easements Act,1882 talks about Easement by Necessity and Quasi Easement. That is what I discuss in this 5th installment of the easements act series along with section 14 which talks about the procedure of setting out a way in case of easement right of way. I believe any doubt that you may have about necessary and quasi easement will be done for after watching this video.
I have tried to make the video as engaging as possible with slick editing and music and stuff which you don't generally find in an educational video, because I have always believed, education should be imparted in a fun way and just because I am teaching something I don't need to make it boring.

Are the provisions of easement ACt applicable in the state of West Bengal? I have recently come across some Calcutta High court decision in which it was argued the provisions are not applicable, however couldn't understand that why it is so? Can you provide me assistance regarding that?

Excellent observation Pratanu. Yes, the easements act is not applicable in West Bengal. In Section 1 under Local Extent you can see that in the list of places where the act is applicable, West Bengal is not mentioned..

Your depth of knowledge regarding law really fascinated me, your appearance speaking style is splendid. One small request sir kindly teach us the cpc as the subject itself is vast, and there is no KZbin channel which provides in depth knowledge about cpc.

CPC is way too vast to be covered as a whole like Easement or partnership... I'll be picking specific topics from CPC that I think needs dissection and I'll make videos on them.. There was a borewill in our farm.we drilled it when we were joint family. But now after separation there are not allowing us to use the water for my agriculture.
