SO Razgulya comes in 2 kinds : the crunchy fry kind and the soft boiled kind! both looks tasty ! this is probably my 1st view of Indian aweets! must try it ! thanks!

Rasgulla is the boiled one. The fried one is Imarti. Which is a specialty of Utter Pradesh.

Actually if it’s made in a more hygiene condition, the desert is quite appealing and delicious. The light sugar syrup is boiled into the sour milk cheese ball, I would like to try some.

WHY WOULD THEY WEAR SHOES IN HOT AND HUMID CLIMATE. SHOES ARE PARTICULARLY MADE FOR WESTERN WINTER CLIMATES. ALSO IT'S UNHYGIENIC IN INDIA TO WEAR SHOES IN KITCHEN OR AT HOME. TAKE YOUR SHOES OUT OF OUR KITCHENS. WASH YOUR DIRTY FEET AND DON'T BRING GERMS WITH SHOES INSIDE . LEARN CULTURAL DIFFERENCES BEFORE SPEWING BS. Also we even eat at Floor. A huge portion of people in south and southeast Asia live on less than $100/year. Even if some could afford shoes, which many cannot, they wouldn’t because it is culturally acceptable in many places. You should get out and experience the world…

I wish the haters go elsewhere with their stupid comments. Some of the restaurants you eat in are waaay more gross than what you’re watching. It’s no telling what happened to your plate before it was brought to your table. Ex. My brother worked at a pizza spot. He dropped a pizza dough on the floor. He picked it up to try to pick out dirt specks unsuccessfully. He made a pizza anyway. He coulda kept that story to himself.

While India is mostly a tropical climate, and it gets hotter than hell and 3×s as humid that's still no excuse not to be wearing shoes. At least canvas shoes. And yes they should be wearing surgical or plastic gloves while handling food. Also, the cooking area needs a thorough scrub down with bleach to clean and disinfect. An American Health Inspector would close these people down in a heartbeat. Oh, one other thing...how do they keep mice and rats out of their supplies and food?
