The Guru Nanak Dwara is one of the most beautiful and calming Sikh spiritual temples in the state of Arizona. It's warm and calming atmosphere is accompanied by beautiful natural sun light that spills into the temple from every direction. The volunteers and staff are truly wonderful, kind, and welcoming people and we are honored to be able to capture this beautiful Fusion Sikh wedding.

Guru means, teacher and Dwar(a) means Door/Gate, in Sanskrit language. So the meaning of "Gurudwara" is doorsteps of the Guru. Sikh Temples all around the world are known as Gurudwara(s). "Guru Nanak" was the founder of Sikhism and the first of 10 Gurus. Sikhs believe in the Holy Book "Sri Guru Granth Sahib". It's truly a unique among the World's great scriptures.
