I would suggest to visit ambika, star groceries in shin-okubo, there are couple of them near the shin-okubo Eki, you will find good discounts and more collection of groceries and vegetables. Apart from Don-quijote, there are many tax free shops in streets of Ameyoko, niki no kashi is one such shop for all chocolate souveneirs at discounted price. I visited the nakano broadway to get some second hand anime books, will go again to hunt down electronics and other stuff. amazing vlog!

Rest rice and dal are available here. You wont get green chillies here but you cant bring vegetables, meat or rice. Only powders allowed.
