Hi Sir, Our land 1.45 acre acquired by government on 1989 for housing board scheme and they completed building the houses by 2000-2001. They haven't given us the full Compensation till today and the government provided only around rs. 30,000 during the initial days. And the Judgement came from supreme court on December-2020 to give us the full amount but the state government housing board department has not given the full amount till the date for some reasons. My doubt is - there is around 0.5 acre of our acquired land is not used by government. It is allocated as childrens park site but the park is not constructed till date and there is no plan to construct the park. We are planning to file one case Or petition for requesting to get back around 8000 to 10000 sq.ft land which is unused for last 30 years. Is it possible or valid one to file case Or petition request?

We pay the tax for development ... Then for construction of road our land is taking and with the tax payers money they construct the roads ....then we pay tolls tax also...then this people will use the footpath and the road for there use..then goverment again will come with JCP and break there shops and houses.. this is how the middle class people are effected then they have to run behind the sarkaari babu's to get the compansation money for years this effects one generation of that family's. What's the use of such development ? Then they lawyer will come and say you to understand

What about if your land has been acquired in 2000 and the compensation amount is very low and we have not accepted that amount and if we take the compensation for the same in 2021, will the compensation amount change or remain the same

land only, and also only part of land, for example if they plan to put solar panels on the land they acquired, then if its your land, theyll give you free electricity and so on.

Good afternoon sir, I buy 1acre land near new 6 lane link road in UP, there I paid there 4 times more than circle rate. till now land in document as a Agriculture land. Now I want to construct there & start some business but there Government Industrial development have planning to acquired in future due to this during registry of land they took from me NOC. Actually I want to start there my own business not want to hander over to them. They provided compensation money 4 time with circle rate but its very less compare to market rate. सन 1972 मे राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग क्रमांक 6 के लिये भूमि अधिग्रहण किया गया है 0.19 आर, लेकीन अवार्ड मे सिर्फ 0.11 आर का बताया गया है , लेकीन अवार्ड मे जो जमिन exclude कि गयी है उस जमिनपर भी राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग क्रमांक 6 के लिये रोड बनाया हुआ है . इस राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग क्रमांक 6 का फोर लेनिंग करणे के लिये/Additional Width बढाणे के लिये भी हमारी जमीन से पूराणे Road ke both side land 0.07 आर जमीन संपादन की गयी है. यहा सन 1972 मे संपादन की गयी 0.08 आर हमारी जमीन विनामोबदला राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग क्रमांक 6 के लिये अनाधिकृत तरीके से Occupy कर रहा है. इस 0.08 आर जमीन का मुआवजा मिलने के लिये किस कोर्ट मे जाना चाहिए , कृपया मार्गदर्शन किजीए सर जी. संपर्क. 9730563496.

Sir , my land and house is situated adjacent to the Central government property. My land is at a lower level. I am disturbed by the waste water from the government flats (150 flats). Also a threat of landslide due to stacking huge quantity of water and sending the used water to the earth directly. Yes first you have to gather other people with you to support you and then you should demand for land or for enhanced money. You should consult a lawyer also. You with farmers should take the possession of land along with the case in high or supreme court

Hi Sir .. i am from Andhrapradesh ., Central govt taking my land for NHAI .. For highway extension .. , they came and taken photos, and documents (Xerox) and published in local news paper.. and they said that they will conduct few meetings with farmers .. now no one have any clarification about compensation. many people telling few ratios .. like compare with the current govt value of the land .
