અગર મંદિરની જમીન વર્ષોથી હોય જમીનદાર કબ્દેદાર હોય અને વહીવટકર્તા લખ્યું હોય તો સરકાર વળતર આપે તો ક્યારે આપશે ધોલેરા છે.

Very good information Sir, our land aquistion taken by Western Railway and composition amount received through revenue department, Tasildar -Vasai, Dist. Palghar, but receipt of land cost has not received sofar. Who will give the receiot of cost of land received from Tahsildar -Vasai OR The Railway ? Please guide in this regard Sir.

सर अगर अल्पभूधारक किसानोंकी मर्जिबगैर,कौनसिभी वर्क ऑर्डर न होनेसे दो/तीन फसलें देनेवाली उपजाऊ जमीन अधिग्रहित करते समय किसानोंका आंदोलनभी कुचल दिया गया तो क्या करना होगा ? सरकार और महामार्ग प्राधिकरण को पर्याप्त रास्ता बताकर उधरका खर्चा कम, ग्रामीण जनताको रोजगार प्राप्त होगा और उपजाऊ जमीनभी बचकर किसान बचेगा। ये सब बातोंकी तहकिकात किगयी तो सरकारका फायदा होगा।फिरभी उपजाऊ जमीन अधिग्रहण करनेपर तुली सरकारको कैसे मनाये ?

अयोध्या में एयरपोर्ट के लिए ज़मीन अधिग्रहण या बैनामा में मुवाब्जे में भारी अंतर है, एक दूसरे ग्राम में जब एक ग्राम सभा को 75लाख बीघा , और वही उसी से सटे ग्राम को 9लाख बीघा दे रही सरकार इसका कोई solution हो तो बताएं

A partnership firm got diversion of land situated within the municipal area into non agricultural and got its lay out approved for development of a colony. Out of the approved lay out some part of land was acquired by state government through Public Works Department for construction of a road. The land acquired was a part of stock in trade of the firm. Compensation was awarded and paid by government to the firm. The Income Tax Act, 1961 is silent about tax exemption in such case but Section 96 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 provides for exemption form income tax for all compensation against compulsory acquisition of land (whether rural or urban and whether agricultural or non-agricultural to all assessees irrespective of status). Whether compensation received against acquisition of land being stock in trade shall be exempt in hands of the firm ? Please guide. Thanks

आप नए एक्ट के तहत भूमि अर्जन पुनर्वासन अधिनियम- 2013 की धारा -24(2 )में अपना प्रत्यावेदन राज्य सरकार को दे सकते हैं इस धारा में यह प्रावधान है कि अगर भू स्वामियों का भौतिक कब्जा और प्रति कर की धनराशि भू स्वामियों को नहीं दी गई है उक्त जमीन भू स्वामियों को वापस की जाएगी

Dear Sir, I have a question from you, please confirm about agreement. I want to sell my land to a former, he want to make a agreement with 10% of principal amount. ( A property dealer also involve in this deal) but I am worry, because a now a days people make agreement but at the time they are not agree for registry & drop a case for time extension from court. I always told to former when you want to registry I will do but before that do RTGS in my account with whole amount & after clearing I will do without decision. I have question pls suggest.... 1. If i will do agreement, what is maximum list of time. 2. If I will do it, Is there is any risk to me. 3. Please suggest I do it or not? Please give me your suggestion.

Bhai sahab. Land ese hi sell hoti hai. 10 ya 20% बयाना hota hai fir jitna time purchage aapse lete hai complete payment ke liye, use us time k andar registry krani hoti hai remaining amount dekar. Agar us time period me aapko amount nahi milta to Bayana ka amount aapke paas rah jayega aur deal cancel ho jayegi. Yahi terms aapko agreement me bhi likhwani hai. Aur ye bhi mention karna h ke baad me koi time extend nahi kiya jayega. Its better if you take 20% amount in Bayana

sir mai ek jamin apne chacha se power ke tahat lagbhag 83katha lea tha es jamin ka hakikat ye hai ki esme Sara jamin Kafi warso se bad aliments ke logo dwara ghar bana lea gaya hai esme kai mandir bana hai jo lagbhag 25kathe mai bana hai es jamin ka kimat 5lakh rupees Katha chal raha hai chacha ne pure jamin ka kimat 1.5 lakhs Katha ke hesab se cash mai rupai lea, ab mai jamin ke logo se 2-3 lakh /katha le kar sale kar raha hun kuch log muft mai bhi jamin ragestry karwae hain mandir ka bhi part hai, prasasan ka koi saport nahi hai mai jo sale kar raha hun income tax department kis rup mai tax laga sakta hai ya mujhe kitna tax pay Karna hoga.
