Sheilh Hassina strongly controlled the hardliners in Bangladesh, there r lot of evidence including recent banning Internationally banned Jamaat-e-Islami (many countries have banned them). But i think, she used same tactic with Student protest which wasn't correct. Now it might b true that hardliners might have joined student protests and committed lot of criminal acts including murder, attempted murder, arson etc. so things might be more complicated.
