I live in Mumbai. There are some localities where beggars earn a lot of money. There was a news clip that one fellow bought a huge sea facing flat. Eventually they were all hunted out of those places. To be fair, they don't earn so much to buy massive mansions in other parts of the city. But when the news broke out people were outraged, not bcz he earned so much, but bcz they worked hard and paid taxes and these beggars were misusing other people's sympathy and paying no taxes. Actually you have a point. If your politicians heed your advice, Pak will be very prosperous. Pak spends $20billion/year on defense with a stated prospect of having to fight India. The military sells this idea so that they can stuff their pockets with a big chunk of the $20Billion. Most of the retired military brass live outside the country and are billionaires.
