The point is a few months ago wfme unaccredited nations were made ineligible for usmle by a new rule (before that the rule was not there). With that new rule Indians were basically made ineligible for usmle. With this Indians can again be eligible for usmle.

no, there is. there were so many colleges ( apart from the established ones ) that did not have ecfmg credit despite being functional. plus medical graduates specially for the new colleges could not even apply for it if their first batch was not graduated and then the college had to do all the procedure without it actually knowing anything since it was very newly opened. this helps tons of students in colleges where this MLE culture is not a thing yet.

Its not good news. Before also doctors can pass the license exam whichever the country, so they can work as a doctor. What changes made now? Atleast do oppurtunities in NMC to doctors, dentist from india. So they can also directly work as a doctor without licencing exams. So many peoples are suffering in kerala with low payment.

Even after clearing the USMLE and doing residency there. Indian doctors are not allowed to leave India and seek J1 waiver. Thus making it mandatory for Physicians to live in India for two years, which highly reduces their chances of landing a job in the USA due to a break from American healthcare system.

For people thinking we can practice in usa or any other country without license exam now is not true Basically earlier most of the medical colleges not all were solely recognised in these countries like usa or uk for us to write usmle and plab etc But now foreign bodies instead of recognising particular colleges now will recognise the country’s medical council of the country in which it will cover all the medical colleges of india , even those who weren’t recognised can now write usmle and plab NMC will have to pay certain amount for that to achieve

If foreign countries really were desperate to have more doctors they would just make their licensing exam easy so that Indians can go there and practice. This does not change anything for them. Indians still have to pass exams which are very difficult and have very low acceptance rate. We are the ones who are desperate and payed crores of rupees so that our colleges get recognized and we can atleast attempt the exam 😂

No one can work without a license in 🇺🇸. They have to go thru tests, exams, residency of 4 years. They might be dictums and work under another doctor fir lower wages but don’t expect to work at full rates. Maybe they should check the medical certificates and scores if they accurate or fake. You can buy degrees in India. They will work as a nurse in 🇺🇸. India should send all these doctors to villages to get real experiences.

Mbbs doctors were least bothered by govt and people also,they work somany hours night duties stress huge work load and hours for low wages and moreover pts tried to betray assault them and increasing quackery by other profession without degree without knowledge without Indian medical registration some quacks,some doctors also like bams bhms were trying to practise allopathy which is risk to pts and some got killed also during treatment by them still these mbbs registerd practitioners managed to stay calm and suffer everything but no govt no citizens care their hardwork so we should not expect them to stay when we were not even providing justice to them
