Below drawer trolley should be on wheels so it is removable totally and easy cleaning

In this Kitchen we have raised the platform underneath base units which eliminates the requirement of them on wheels due to the difference in floor level. As you rightly mention drawers on wheels is a very good option for the base units which has the same floor level as of kitchen.

Good work. Small kichen ko achcha designed. In my opinion, Stove and sink are closely designed. It may be more better, if some more distance is maintained in between with little small sized sink. You said it Budget Kitchen, but cost is not mentioned.

Vaastu ke anusaar bhi, stove and sink itna nazdeek nahi rehna. It causes much inconvenience.
