I really liked the cookie tip, skin care tips. Of late, I have seen flax seed gel for skin, but not tried yet. Deeps, if you like eating paan, give it a try as it not only addresses digestive issues but also cold, cough. If you like it, try eating two leaves with chuna and the nut, daily after dinner. Usually the thick leaf troubles your tongue.... So go for the thinner ones, if you get or if you can grow it at home.

I will share the glycerine moisturizer that i make during winters and it is magic........mix equal proportions of glycerine, rosewater and lemon juice and store it in a bottle .......even my cracked heels totally repaired using this during winters.
