Central government must issue a order that no state/central government should sanction pension to any MLA and MP. The pension must be sanctioned if MLA /MP don’t have any property and they don’t have money to eat. Government must take written undertaking from the concerned monitoring/MLA/MP only after verification.

No wonder, there is so much competition to become MPs/MLAs. in India, whether worthy or not, whether competent or not. They are a law unto themselves as far as their salaries and their pensions are concerned. So every 5 yeas the list of so many Ex-MPs and Ex-MLAs keeps on increasing, and it is a huge burden on the tax payers. So, in the years to come, everything will be privatised, and everyone reduced to non-entities and beggars at the door steps of Central and State Governments in power, except MPs and MLAs and Ex-MPs and Ex-MLAs who alone will have full financial security in India. It's a real shameful situation in India.
