Didi changes made through ( NEP) new economic policy of 1991 made by P.V Narshima Rao. But, in book Rajiv Gandhi is mentioned..... I am confused 🧐🧐

The NEP was introduced in July 1991 and Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated in May 1991, which is 2 months before the NEP. So how could he have possibly introduced the NEP after his death? So the Finance Minister then was Manmohan Singh and the Prime Minister was Narsimha Rao. I hope that clears your doubt!

Dii ek question hai ki, what was the reason behind the end of congress(decline of congress) As we can see ki in 1984 elections Congress was the first party to get that much seats(414) But In 1989 election Congress faced defeat. And now at present we can see that Congress is not getting more then 50-60 seats. Since It was the oldest, and historical party of India why did it declined that much, i am confused in this. Pls help me regarding this 🙂
