I think it is not good to say that minto started communal politics and he divided hindus and muslims because it is already fixed by some muslim leaders on that time to get a seperate electorate for muslims to get seperated from hindus and i think their motives were just fullfilled by minto's refrom . think if they want to be undivided from hindus they why muslim league formed in 1905 . our first education ministers cotted the words in such a way so that they can defend muslims in a whole indian history . I am not say this from any communal point but if you think our this with a neutral mindset then u will agree with me .
