Becoz it doesn't harm sov, integ, or not violating any public order Moreover it is necessary to acqire land for welfare schemes and public infra like hospitals and schools. 24th constn ammendment by indra gandhi, that f.r can be ammendable. Isske baad kesavanand bharti case and s.c verdicted yes parliament can ammend any laws but basic struct....
