When DAVE said she had to give up everything she really did because she left her mum and dad every single penny she had and had to start again from scratch, all because her dad did not approve of her relationship with DAVE, so much so her dad tried to discredit him all over Facebook saying that he was using MORISSETTE to further his own career, he couldn't be any further from the truth because DAVE has helped MORISSETTE expand her career tenfold and she has become the greatest FEMALE ARTIST on the PLANET by quite a long way, the full package, look how happy she is 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️.

@@KingAllan the problem was that her dad wanted full control of her career that's why he spat his dummy out and threw his toys out of the pram, he treated her like an insurance policy because she was the bread winner of the family, she even built them a house, he blamed her for shacking up with DAVE while all the time she stayed in a friends house while going through all the turmoil, her sanctuary was the stage while going through this emotional rollercoaster and did she give us some memorable performances, the frightening thing is is that we haven't seen the best of her yet, she's only 27yrs old but looks a lot younger 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️.

Dave Lamar is also a singer; they both were contestants in the first season of the Voice Philippines. He writes songs for her, and is responsible for the technical side of her music. They had a duet cover of Someone You Love.

The met back in 2011...and did the friend first and then bf/gf...then he left for the US to persure his career so ....was back to friends...until he returned in around 2017....and a future. @@KingAllan I think so too. She’s always been a god fearing woman but if I’m not mistaken Dave brought her closer and she became a born again Christian. Dave is a son of missionaries, their family owns an Orphanage. If baffles me why Mori’s dad never approved of Dave to this day.

Ofc I did .... One of the reasons why it made me emotional. My wife's dad passed away before we got married and it was kinda similar for her. I couldn't give her a big wedding and she didn't have her dad to witness the wedding or give her to hand to me in marriage. There are many reasons why this hurt me and that was one of the reasons. 💔💔💔

Mori has just as many haters as she has fans, mostly stemming from her personal issues with her family. I've watched other videos where the comments are downright disrespectful and vicious. They will downplay her talent all because of these issues. Mowienatics will protect and defend her, not only because of her talent, also for her innocence, her heart, and the hurt behind her smile. If you watch her video of "love you still" (sunset version), the song she wrote for her family / her father, you can see her fighting to Sing through the tears ... as she smiles. You can hear it. Watch her videos she made through the pandemic, where she spent time with Dave and his family. I will forever protect and support Mori because she doesn't ask or expect it ❤
