Amazing video. thank you sharing. How do you clean the narrow glass bottles ? ones with pepper n all? Also any reason for storing certain spices in fridge ? Are these airtight ? the amazon masala box and others? lot of my masalas are getting those worms hence

Glad you liked the video. 😊 I simply put warm soapy water in narrow bottles to clean them and then rinse them. I live in Mumbai and most spices go bad if stored outside. Hence I keep them in fridge. Yes the masala boxes are airtight. Remove only little spice in masala boxes for weekly use. Store rest of the stock in fridge.

Aap jab jars ko wash krte ho , tb sticker kharab to ni ho jate? Because time k sath inhe wash krna pdta h kyuki stains or dirt accumulate hota h

The jars don’t get much dirty as they are inside the cabinet and not used too frequently. The labels don’t come off while washing. The glue is pretty good. But yes use mild detergent and sponge to wash it and don’t scrub it too hard.

I buy in small quantities that gets consumed within a month or two. The ones that are in freezer are also consumed within a year and masalas usually have an expiration term of up to 2 years….

It’s just a small quantity which gets used in 3-6 months time… usually masalas have 2 yrs expiry
