In this video I am sharing how to make Plum Chutney at home. Plums also known as Aloo bukhara is a very famous chutney in North of India and Pakistan most commonly known as shaadi wale aloo bukhara chutney or shaadi wale aloo bukharay ki chatni.
This Indian spiced Plum Chutney has so many versatile uses. This can be used as a condiment to various dishes like idli, dosa, phulkas, chaats, samosa etc the list goes endless.
This Plums chutney or aloo bukhara chutney is a sweet, spicy, tangy and saltiness adjusted to perfection. It is like bursting with flavours in each bite.
