Did you get it installed okay? Don't tighten anything all the way up until you have all of the bolts started. These bars are solid so it may take a little coaxing to get the last few bolts lined up.

Mine are way off! Tried ratchet straps c clamps and still no dice. Gonna have to heat it up and fix it, powder coat and reinstall.

If they are that far off I would send them back for sure. Mine were a tight fit but not off significantly to warrant mods.

Yes, you can remove them easily.
