Brother your content is amazing but the views are not growing. I have some suggestions. 1 Changing your channel name to something simpler one word, catchy, easy to remember. 2 work on youtube titles. Mentioned in bold the category of the video ,whether its weekly news, podcast or report or case study. 3 not sure on this one but maybe slow down on content outpour. Like you are uploading videos too fast which kills the scarcity (like "cant wait to see that guy's next video".

Also you can work on your thumbnails. Not all Thumbnails need you face expression in it. Also You can design it based in the category of the video. Also in small letters category name in left down corner like "podcast 🎙". Something like that.

Last thing i would suggest is outro. In your videos at last your should suggest audience other video of yours with its link in description box. Also if its weekly news you can do the same and also provide the playlists links as well. Like since this news covers about byju then you can insert "if you would like you understand the whole journey plz see this video as well".

One final thing. Make your thumbnails subtle. Your thumbnails have high contrast and pop up. When we scroll the video list it become irritating since you have so many videos. This type of thumbnails may work for high adrenaline mr beast like videos but not for informative ones. You should look at think school or labour law advisor to see how they use darker tones. This is just soft suggestions and i know every creator has their style. Also if you have time to be extra creative you can improve your intro. I mean you have so many types of content and so many videos. You can make collage like intro showing bits of your work
