Creamy Cauliflower Mac ‘n’ Cheese pasta RECIPE: Preparation time: 1 hour Firstly, preheat oven to 425°F. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add chopped cauliflower, garlic, and onion and season with salt. Cook and stir occasionally, until tender for 15 to 20 minutes. Secondly, add 4 cups of water and cook until vegetables get soft. Drain and reserve 2 cups cooking liquid and let to cool slightly. Then blend the vegetables, Cheddar, Parmesan, mustard powder, and cayenne in batches until get smooth.
