Our morning starts by watching your recipes. We absolutely love your simplicity and the way you cook. Over 3 years, I have learned a lot from you. Thank you for that. Only complain I have is there isn’t a top angle view of the utensil you cook in. Also, the shots of food are always blurry or too close to make out what exactly is in the pan. The angles don’t make sense because we can’t see the food most of the times.

I make something similar to this. Actually slightly modified my mother in law's recipe. First roast/ fry the pasta in 1 teaspoon ghee slightly. Instead of jeera, I add saunf, then crushed ginger, garlic paste, then onion, vegetables not capsicum, then little garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric ( optional), adding water and salt. Once the water boils add the roasted pasta ,cover and cook at sim. Once cooked,add coriander leaves. Adding milk, cream or butter while cooking is optional.
