Go Sam and Laura. Wishing you both a great race. You're correct in saying that it's a tough course. The water is very cold so the first 5min is catching your breathe. The bike is all about aero and being tucked in that position is tough for 90km. The run is up and down, no flat sections so you can't get into a rhythm. Best of luck. Go get them.
