Sam. As a single dad in the amateur triathlon field who is just making ends meet,…you are an absolute inspiration. NOT because you win. Because you are able to prioritize your family life and your career in a way that celebrates each facet. The way you approach your job and your home,…is something to behold. I don’t care if you win. But I really hope I get the chance to watch you push yourself and have fun being a professional triathlete, a father and a husband. Don’t ever get too big. Be you. You give us all a great, somehow relatable thing to cheer for. Thank you! Inspiration. All the best.

Yes, life was different as a single parent and triathlete, but this is the reality because our children are putting our lives first. As I serve my country here in the Philippines, I can honestly say that I'm now a father. It's really difficult, Army 🌵🇭. Yes, I believe that my ambition of qualifying for Kona will one day come true, and he will one day be a superstar like you, bro. Next year, I will compete in my final Ironman event, the Davao Half Ironman. And my son, he will be the first Filipino to be supported by Kona, I swear to you.

From what I can tell, he uses one screw that trek has back there for a rear light and two top quality zip ties lol. I have the same bike and that’s what I do. Trek needs to have some kind of factory mount…

Isn't it better to split the workouts evenly troughout the day ? At the moment you are stacking everything, i suppose it decrease the 2nd and 3rd workout quality. Maybe you swtich them up depedning on what workout you want to prioritize.
@SamYoYoYoLong Жыл бұрын
For me, no! I prefer a big rest period and stacking them doesn’t seem to affect me. And we stack them when we race. But everyone is different!

Keep it up, love it and inspires me for 98% of my training alone as an age group shift worker. Part of Mach Apparel Tri family 👍🏻
