Indiana Beach Family Vacation 1995 - Galaxi Coaster, Gyronaut, Parking at the Gift Shop!

Happy Monday, friends!! Today is a special treat! You get to be a part of the fam as we time travel to 1995! Join us on snippets of our summer vacation in July 1995 to Indiana Beach! The cars were parked up to the Boardwalk Shop, lots of rides were moved/missing, but the sounds are the same!
There's even a little snippet of the Galaxi! Rumor has it we're either getting another one or something similar back in it's original spot, so lets all hope those rumors are true!!

I'm glad for once, the algorithm brought me something awesome and properly nostalgic for me to watch! My grandparents lived at Lake Side Resort before my sister was born in 87 and have visited Indiana Beach annually ever since. I would've been 4 years old when this video was taken and probably was at the park with my family on this very day. All of my first amusement park experiences happened at IB. It set the standard for me as a kid for what an amusement park should look and feel like everywhere you went. I've always been disappointed to go elsewhere because no other experience matched the feelings IB gave me. P.O.P. wristbands, water park in the morning and roller coasters at night. The ski shows, the carp, disappearing with my cousin's and sister for the entire day to ride the rides until closing time. I'm thankful for the new owner there, he really seems to have the same sentiments us die-hards have for the park. Thank you for sharing this video. I'm looking forward to having several amazing years with my own family now!

Was Mystery Mansion still open back then? I've forgotten when they changed it to that goofy Lost Thieves thing. Imo huge mistake taking it out - I think it was a favorite of everyone!!

It was! I got to ride it quite a bit before it was changed! It’s definitely more kid friendly as the den 😂
