Voss demise is quite fitting. Throughout the game, he thinks is better than Jones, he manipulates people, pointing out their weaknesses and complexes, is always one step ahead of them, humiliates them and he is always "in control". The irony of his demise is that when he doesn't have any control, he is blaming everyone and he is acting like a grumpy kid who wants to keep a toy he found "this is my ark!!!", completely oblivious of the cataclysm he provoked and the death he brought upon himself. He has always been jealous of Indiana Jones.

Exactly. Voss is the typical sophisticated mad scientist villain. The more intelligent, quicker they lose their mind. They`re unstable.

Gotta be honest here that Voss character was a huge ego maniac! I could not handle his personality. I would say he was just HORRIABLE as Ted Faro from Horizon.
