I wounder how much him bringing all his people with him from Florida is hurting or helping? are they swinging from his tit trying to get his money being yes men being distractions, or they helping him? don't seem like they r helping him grow. if he isn't willing to out work other qbs, he is not the guy. I have a feeling colts are all in for Arch. 1 more season and he is available for the draft. getting the manning back in the building seems like a very good move.

I think the problem is Steichen has not allowed a receiver or a TE (tho none of the TE are great) to own the #1 spot he targets 8 guys multiple times a game. U can pay Pittman all the money in the world, but if u don't designate him the top reciever, then his numbers are low. Downs could be the guy, but again, he's only targeted few times.

Look colts have the team but not coordinators Flacco will blow it richardson , will take the heat for it I call them like they are I never say what people want to hear, I see it coming , richardson don't play Flacco loses richardson takes the blame and they trade him, or they change coordinators j.t. is a beast with open slot, richardsons offensive line took him into the end zone.
