You can argue these type of podcasts are more helpful and important in down markets than up markets for investors that are your clients or tune in. Would be nice to even just see a quarterly update. That said I know it takes time and energy. Easy to get focused on other things.

Thanks for the comment and tuning in. Yeah, we're sorry for no new episodes recently. Part of the inconsistency has been due to restructuring. We're planning on getting the podcast going again in a few months as we're reshaping a bit and launching a new website, etc. We're so sorry for the delay in content. Really, we love doing it. Here’s what I’d like to see. I’d like an update on that 10,000+ square foot mansion you wholesaled in Carmel. Whatever happened with that deal? It would’ve taken a lot of cash but I bet an investor could’ve made a several hundred thousand dollars profit on that.

For Sure - We ended up seling that house in a crazy situation. We sold the house, but the buyer had another large house they needed to sell a $350K House, so they traded their house to us, and we bought their house, while they bought the 10,000 sq ft house. We prettymuch broke even on it. I don't know what happened with it after that? I think they love there though.. Crazy deal. We lost on their house though..
