This causes accidents, but the trucks keep going, having hit nothing. If slower traffic (trucks) would stay in the travel lane and not the passing lane this wouldn’t happen. Truck are a menace! Police officers can barely drive let alone form complicated plans to stop aggressive driving. It's a joke how useless they truly are. Maybe they should prioritize routine surveillance and routine patrols instead of sitting in a ghost car randomly in the middle of the street and still not pull over anyone going over 60. I was arrested by a state trooper, we had a nice conversation when he put me in the front of his car in the passanger's seat about how most officers don't have the capacity or skill to operate at certain levels, especially on the streets. I was TOTALLY thinking the same thing as you and then I saw what they were doing also and I'm ok with it. I see people drive like COMPLETE MORONS all the time. One day driving down a city street barely 2 lanes, one lane going each direction and this little Pontiac Grand am flew past me on the right side on the sidewalk at about 90 MPH I'm not kidding or embellishing the story one single bit. I chased the jerk down and he pulled into a liquor store. It had a Raiders sticker the size of the back window on the car and the gangster wannabe kid about 20 years old got out of the car and started spitting on my truck. The city police would not do anything so I just left. He wasn't from my town so I wasn't really worried about him looking for me to retaliate. Even though he would have surely killed anyone that stepped out onto the sidewalk. That's just one of many stories of humans with not much of a brain that I've seen doing some incredibly ignorant things.

@@Mr.Highway Where shall I start. There is much education that needs to be expressed here by the way you asked that question, there is much you don't know. To learn to drive a 20 ton coach bus like mine, I won't even mention the three weeks of classroom training. There are three books you have to read, memorize, study and get tested on It takes 6 weeks before you can drive a coach bus. The training is enormous for a bus and guess what.it's even worse for a truck driver especially driving hazardous materials. A CDL driver is must be held to a much higher standard than a regular guy put putting in a car. Ok...here's what you need to know. If you see a truck or bus coming your way? Get out of his way. If you cut me off? I can't stop. I"m not going to swerve to avoid you, and take out the poor guy next to me. You will get creamed. If I put my turn signals on? I"m telling you. This is not a request.
