No close up of the tail in this video. Plenty of other videos do show extensive shrapnel damage thought. And, most missiles do not hit airplanes at all, they explode in proximity of the aircraft and send shrapnel in all directions. The shrapnel sever hydrolic lines and flight controls. That's the more common scenario. Plenty of videos out there. Watch one showing more details.

Not an accident. Plane was shot down by Grozny air defence. The intact tail section is riddled with shrapnel damage from an air defence missile (Pantsir S1 maybe)

This is more than just bird strikes. Such an aircraft is fully capable of lying on one engine and pilots routinely practice such emergencies. The plane was flying erratically in terms of altitude even though it was turning well. It also decided to execute a figure 8 maneuver when it was close to the runway, presumably to sort things out and align with the runway. It crashed with its gear down. There must have been something else wrong either with the plane or the pilots' understanding of the situation which made an incident become an emergency and then a catastrophe.

30,000 meters is almost 100,000 feet no airliner can fly at that altitude. The Rüppell's Vulture has been documented flying at 11,000 meters, but they do not live in South Asia.

There is almost no doubt that the plane was shot down, either because its GPS was jammed, or because of the bullet marks or missile shrapnel from the outside to the inside of the fuselage, near the rudder and elevators...

As a pilot I can say that airliners can easily fly on one engine after an engine failure. This make me suspicious of a conflict in the cockpit.

The damage was worse, and not from a birdstrike. They probably had severe hydraulic damage which made the plane nearly impossible to fly straight and level. See Japan Air Lines 124 and United 232 for examples of planes being flown with severe damage to the hydraulic system

@michaelrunnels7660 Missile. Look at the perforations on the vertical and horizontal stabilizers. The damage pattern is consistent with shrapenel from a proximity fused weapon like a missile. There's even video taken from inside the cabin showing a hole in the left side of the cabin, along with a passenger that was hit in the leg by shrapnel. That would absolutely cause damage to the hydraulic system and flight control surfaces.
