I am sorry to say lamb or goat meat never comes under red meat. Red meat is of cows and Buffalo whom our miya bhai consumes. Yeh sab desi log hain isley pata nahi hain. Master chef ranvir brar ke videos bhi dekhoge to pata chal jaega ki red meat kisko consider kiya jata hai.
