The wavy Distortion you are seeing in your video is not caused by air pressure variation, it's caused by vibrations causing the sensors in your camera to distort their input. If you mount your fixed camera on rubber grommets the same way you have your APM board, that will vastly reduce the "Jello effect." You can further reduce it by balancing your propellers, simply put them on a spindle that can roll freely and watch as the heavier blade of your propeller swings downward. Apply some clear sellotape to the bottom of the other side of the propeller until you can rest the propeller on the spindle and have neither blade swing downward.

I had alredy made a drone with ymfc but now i am moving to apm flight controller but after all configuration and at time of test flight i saw that at time of altitude hold the quadcopter not mainting proper height sometime motor suddenly increase its rpm due hight altitude also due to this other modes that want barometer it also not work properly. Please reply me fast please. Remembre i am using apm 2.8 with external compass and at time of programming it one error "boar is retired" it will upload last version. Please help and reply me fast..
