Today was my first day with customer calls in swiggy. I was stuck between an impatient woman customer and a silly delivery parten.. On one side delivery boy was at fault for not picking up order on time and on the other hand woman customer who refused delivery partner to take food.. Then the delivery partner left customer home without marking the food as delivered. On the other hand my floor support connected woman to the delivery boy without asking her.. Then what could be worse! The woman started complaining how dare you connect me with such a delivery partner without even asking me..... She kept on saying like..... unmasked, without uniform and even blew off his nose in front of her... Highly unprofessional.... She kept on and on...... This went for atleast 45 minutes....I was on first day... My floor support should have thought twice before taking such step

All delivery companies should have to provide pen cameras or button cameras for each and every delivery partners. And this should be live on every delivery companies platforms so that is if any thing goes wrong then the authorities can take legal action on those customers who misbehaves with delivery partners..

I never disrespect any delivery boy Even 3 times i get out of my house to 1 km to take order. Nd i never compalint about that. I only get angry when i ordered on 8 pm and delivery person delivering cold food on 11 pm night. First he told me he will come after dinner i said okay but just making excuses not even picking calls afterthat then i complaint even the person not picked company calls i dont know what happened to him afterthat. This is the issue i only faced Oyherwise mostly are decent some talks rudely but i dont mind that as i rate them accordingly.
