1:05 Don't feel ashamed when people poke fun at accents or failures. That's just a part of human nature and has been since we had differences to joke about. I am sure Americans sound just as silly when speaking other languages to locals as when foreigners speak English to Americans. Even among English speakers we poke fun at each other for how we pronounce things.

I agree! You can only learn by failing! If someone looks down on you for not knowing a word or phrase just say "teach me, don't belittle me!" Then if they continue hit them with the "and i bet you don't know any other language! Atleast I'm learning and trying!"
