The part where Sheldon gets his girlfriend to leave and then does random tasks... She was running tasks and making him not finish them to break his OCD, each thing you saw him do, earlier she stopped each before the end, erasing tic tac toe before the last move was made, blowing out all the birthday candles, getting the last spin on the jack in the box when it pops out, finishing the pledge of allegiance, and letting the last domino fall in the sequence.

He's also a perfectionist. He can't deal with imperfect where he can perfect it and it drives him crazy. But yes a lot of it is OCD, it would break him if he only found one of his socks and not the matching pair.

One of my favorites, Sheldon discovers Leonard failed to return a DVD he rented from over a year ago. Sheldon takes it surprisingly well and so that Leonard can understand what he goes through, he makes Leonard wear an itchy sweater until he resolves everything. Leonard then finds out the store closed down, so now he he has to track the owner down, owner died, tries to track down his family, the guy had no family. Leonard gets a rash and it drives him crazy. Turns out Sheldon knew about it long ago, bought the DVD and decided to not tell Leonard so he could use it as a teachable moment. Even Amy called it "diabolical".

When he did the Flamingo and Amy walked out the bit after that was cut was her in the hall breathing rapidly saying that was close because secretly it was turning her on. Any other time she would have let it but Sheldon had insulted her prior so she couldn't show herself crack.

Sheldon had OCD -A trait that I also have. It is an acronym for Occupational Compulsive Disorder. It is not a clinical disorder, but many people have it.
